Our Core Principle: Data Sovereignty by Design
StayComplied is designed so that your institution’s sensitive data never leaves your device. We serve regulatory intelligence — Master Directions, obligation checklists, penalty data, and compliance parameters — to your browser. All computation on your institution’s financial data (loan books, CRAR inputs, NPA figures) happens client-side, on your machine, under your control.
We do not store, process, or transmit your institution’s customer PII, financial records, or loan-level data to our servers.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
- Account information: Name, work email address, institution name, entity type, and role when you sign up or join our waitlist.
- Communications: Information you provide when contacting us via email at hello@staycomplied.in or through our Platform.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the Platform, and interaction patterns.
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and IP address.
- Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication (via Clerk) and session management. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

- Customer PII of your institution’s borrowers or depositors
- Loan books, financial statements, or balance sheet data

Authentication
We use Clerk as our authentication provider for account sign-up and sign-in, including Google OAuth. Clerk processes your authentication data in accordance with their privacy policy. We receive your name, email, and profile information from Clerk to maintain your account.

Account and waitlist data is stored on infrastructure hosted in secure, managed environments. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include:
